We firmly believe in the potential of our ‘WithYouWithMe Alumni’ and are committed to supporting them into new roles outside our organisation.

What is the Reskill & Job Placement Program?
Over the past six months, we’ve gone through a business transformation process and as a result have reluctantly made a number of our team members redundant.

These are talented and diverse individuals who are currently upskilling in our most high-demand training pathways – many of whom are also highly experienced in IT, Engineering, Security, Marketing, HR, Sales and Customer Service.

As a valued partner, we are offering you an early opportunity to place these individuals into open positions within your organisation.

This is a free offering with no cost or obligation to you – it sits completely separate to any current engagement or discussion around the WithYouWithMe platform/offering.
A Closer Look at the Talent
WithYouWithMe Alumni have either completed certifications or are in the process of undertaking a comprehensive ‘Reskill and Job Placement’ program, including participating in bootcamps for rapid proficiency in high-demand tech roles. ​

A virtual job fair where you will have the opportunity to recruit and place individuals into your open positions.

The invitation is open to our clients and partner organisations to attend and participate free of charge.
Who are the hosts?
The evening will be hosted by our Senior Leadership team and give you an opportunity to meet candidates, learn about the diverse talent on offer and conduct interviews.
