Supporting Indigenous Peoples into meaningful careers

Explore our program

We begin by acknowledging the traditional custodians of the land in which WithYouWithMe operates – the Gadigal People (for our Sydney HQ) and the Algonquin Anishnaabeg People (for our Ottawa office).

At WithYouWithMe, we are firmly committed to increasing Indigenous employment in the tech workforce. We recognise that your heritage provides you with an important and unique perspective that's missing from many workplaces. And we are working hard to change that.

Our Indigenous Program provides First Nations, Metis, and Inuit in Canada and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people in Australia with the ability to break into high-paying, high-demand tech roles by providing free role matching, tech training and job opportunities.

Whether job seekers are new to the technology industry or experienced tech professionals, our aim is to create employment opportunities for Indigenous Peoples to secure meaningful career pathways, regardless of prior experience.

If you are ready to see what tech roles await you, sign up to our Indigenous Program.

How our Indigenous Employment Program works

The first step is to take our online self-paced assessments, which will generate a comprehensive report covering your unique skills, aptitude, preferred learning style and ideal cultural fit.

From there, we’ll recommend some high-demand tech roles you would naturally excel at – and give you access to our free, industry accredited training.

You can speak to a member of our team or one of our Indigenous team members at any time for personal support and guidance.

Often for our rural and remote Indigenous communities, we provide group learning options (like bootcamps), loan of devices (computers or laptops) or connectivity support (to assist with internet access issues).

Finally, once you have completed your training, we have a global network of like-minded partners who are looking to employ Indigenous talent just like you into their teams – and we’ll guide you through this process.

If you are ready to see what tech roles await you, sign up to our Indigenous Program.
